Common Prayer: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to settle all the terminal benefits including leave surrender, commutation, gratuity 25% and monthly pension as per last pay drawn as per the proceedings issued by the respondent in MSU/ESTI/ADMN/16 dated 12.04.2016 by considering the representation dated 10.06.2016 with interest at the rate of 18% per annum.

2.By consent of both parties, these Writ Petitions are taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.Though the petitioners have sought for a positive direction to the respondent to settle all the terminal benefits including leave surrender, commutation, gratuity 25% and monthly pension as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

per last pay drawn as per the proceedings issued by the respondent in MSU/ESTI/ADMN/16 dated 12.04.2016 by considering the representation dated 10.06.2016 with interest at the rate of 18% per annum, in the considered view of this Court, it would suffice to direct that the said representation be dispassionately considered on merits in accordance with law and a reasoned order be passed by the respondent and communicated to the petitioners and the compliance of the same be reported to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court on or before 30.11.2017. 4.Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are disposed of with the aforesaid direction. No costs.
