Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.MAHABOOB ATHIFF M., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner to relax the condition imposed on him by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.8080 of 2024, dated 30.05.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioner has complied with the conditions only for 15 days. 3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is suffering with acute abdominal pain. The petitioner is admitted in the hospital and he is taking treatment.
