Today, this matter is listed under the caption "Extension of Time for Lower Court" to dispose of the case in O.S.No.12 of 2014, which was pending before the learned Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli, and has now been renumbered as O.S.No.194 of 2024, currently pending before the learned Principal District Judge, Tenkasi.

2. The learned Principal District Judge, Tenkasi, has addressed a letter to the Registry dated 15.09.2025, requesting an extension of two months to dispose of the case in O.S.No.194 of 2024, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 23.04.2024.
