[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed by the lessee of the secured asset for a Mandamus, directing the respondent bank to consider his representation dated 05.07.2022, requesting the respondent not to take forcible possession of the property in question.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent bank produced the order passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai, in Cr.M.P.No.493 of 2022, dated 24.05.2022 and submitted that pursuant to the said order the respondent bank has already taken physical possession of the property on 13.07.2022 and hence, nothing survives in this Writ Petition.
