ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3, to cancel the Sale deed No.3199/2001 dated 31.08.2001 stands in the name of the fourth respondent.

2. Heard the learned Counsel on either side.

3. The case of the petitioner is that he has submitted a representation dated 22.5.2017, to the respondents to cancel the sale deed dated 31.08.2001 which stands in the name of the fourth respondent. Since the said representation has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court with the above prayer.

4. After some arguments, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to approach the competent Civil Court for appropriate relief.

5. Such being the case, no further order is required to be passed in this writ petition and the same is disposed of accordingly, leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the competent Civil Court. No costs.
