ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The writ petitioner was granted free agricultural electricity service connection by TANGEDCO. It appears that there is some civil dispute between the writ petitioner on the one hand and the sixth respondent on the other. It is further alleged that the sixth respondent had cut off the said electricity cable wires. I do not want to give any finding as to whether the sixth respondent has done so or not. The fact remains that as on date the connection remains cut off. 2/4

3. The second respondent is directed to effect the re-connection and it is open to the second respondent to take the aid of the fifth respondent also. If the aid of the fifth respondent is required, the fifth respondent is bound to provide necessary protection. If the sixth respondent has any grievance against the writ petitioner, it is open to the sixth respondent to move the jurisdictional civil Court for appropriate relief. This order directing the re-connection will not come in the way of the sixth respondent from establishing his rights in the manner known to law.

4. This writ petition is allowed. No costs.
