ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to conclude the enquiry and to pass orders in the appeal filed by the petitioner on 05.02.2020, wherein the petitioner is seeking for the correction in the UDR Patta and for issuing Patta in his name.

2. Heard Mr.N.Anandakumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Ms.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to deal with the appeal petition, dated 05.02.2020, on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass final orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner shall make a fresh representation to the first respondent along with all the relevant documents and also a copy of this order.
