[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] Heard Mr.R.J.Karthick, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.K.Dinesh Babu, learned Additional Public Prosecutor 1/3

appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.Prahalad Ravi, learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent.

2.This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to secure the petitioner's daughter namely, Mithula, daughter of Suresh aged about 24 years and produce the body of the detenue before this Court and set her at liberty.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the detenue and the fourth respondent appeared before this Court through video conferencing from the Public Prosecutor Office. On enquiry, the detenue would state that she is aged about 24 years and she married the fourth respondent on 18.10.2020 at Coimbatore and now, they are living together happily.
