ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint given by the third respondent against this petitioner was enquired and during the course of enquiry, it was found that the civil dispute pending between the parties and that they were advised to work out the remedy through civil proceedings and it was also accepted by the parrties.

3. In view of the above said undertaking nothing survives for adjudication in this matter accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
