PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records culminated in 2nd impugned Show Cause Notice Na.Ka.No.efile DETH023006/2023-ASSt(OP2)-2, dated 14.04.2025 issued by the Respondent, directing the Respondent to consider the explanation dated 23.03.2024 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to confirm the Petitioner's name as per the eligibility list issued earlier vide the proceedings of Na.Ka.No.efile.34721/PaA1/2024, dated 10.10.2024, on the file of Respondent. ORDER

The writ petition has been filed by the Manager, Skill and Training, working in the respondent office challenging a charge memo issued under 17(a) of the Tamil Nadu Civil Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1953. 2.The grounds raised in the writ petition for challenging the said charge memo is not convincing and this Court is not inclined to interfere in the said charge memo.

3.The learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner has submitted that the petitioner would submit his explanation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said explanation, the authorities concerned are directed to complete the enquiry and pass final orders within a period of four weeks thereafter.

4.With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. 22.05.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet: Yes/No RJR 2/3
