This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second to fourth respondents to rectify the mistake that crept in issuance of patta for the petitioner's property, based on the petitioner's representations dated 11.04.2019 and 03.05.2019, at the earliest.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader for the first to fourth respondents would submit that the second respondent will consider and dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 11.04.2019 and 03.05.2019, submitted for rectifying the mistakes that crept during the UDR exercise.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 11.04.2019 and 03.05.2019, within a period of 8 Page No. 2 of 4

weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Since the interests of the third party, namely the fifth respondent herein, are involved, both the petitioner and the fifth respondent shall be heard before orders are passed on the petitioner's representations.
