This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent, in respect of the properties in Survey Nos.461/10, 432/7, 440/6, 440/7, 366/3, 432/6, 461/6, 449/2, 350/1, 350/4, 345/4 and 444/5 situates at Thirupavanam Taluk, Melarangiyam Group, Koodathupatti Village, Sivagangai District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.14970 of 2020 2.Today when the Writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent Nos.1 & 2 would state that First Information Report in Crime No.129 of 2020 has been registered against the petitioner, based on the complaint given by the third respondent, for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 468, 471 and 420 IPC.
