ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the following relief : "directing the 2nd respondent to remove the 3rd respondent's water service connection from the petitioner land comprised in Survey No.106/5 and 106/6 situated at Koviloor Village, Gandharvakottai Taluk, Pudukottai District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 27.06.2022."

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the 1st respondent will survey the land in question and pass orders.

3. Recording the same, this Court directs the 1st respondent to conduct survey, demarcate the boundaries and thereafter pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as the 3rd respondent. The said exercise shall be

completed within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. with the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
