No.1189 of 2021 Whereas upon Motion this day made unto this Court by Mr.A.JOSEPH JERRY, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.RAVI, STANDING COUNSEL FOR THE STATE ON BEHALF OF THE RESPONDENTS and the Advocate for the petitioner praying to detention order passed in H.S.(M)Confdl.No.78/2021 dated 21.06.2021 on the file of the second respondent herein and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu or body of the detenu namely JULIET, FEMALE, AGED ABOUT 40 YEARS, W/O.TRUMAN, now detained at the Special Jail for Women, Madurai before the Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty forthwith.
