ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to call for the records of the respondent order dated 9.10.2017 and quash the same as illegal on the file of the respondent and directing the respondent to dispose the application of the petitioner association dated 26.09.2017 under section 144 (5) afresh on the file of the respondent within a stipulated time with speaking order. 2.When the matter was taken up today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, submitted that the matter has become infructuous, since the said function was already over.
