ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the 2nd respondent police to conduct fair and impartial 1/4

investigation and to file final report in Crime No.35 of 2022.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police submitted that nine witnesses have been examined and the investigation in this case will be completed within a period of five months.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the 2nd respondent police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.35 of 2022 and file a final report before the concerned Court within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
