ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and take action on the petitioner's representation dated 19.04.2025.

2. Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side), takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The gist of the case is as follows:

On 24.05.2025 and 25.05.2025, memory of the petitioner's grand father Advocate Nerikulathan first Annual, will be conducted by the village people. The petitioner has sent a representation dated 19.04.2025 to the respondents to conduct the electric kabadi tournament on that day. Since the same was not considered so far, the present writ petition is filed.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and carefully 2/5

perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner herein, this Court hereby directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.04.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits on or before 23.05.2025.

6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
