[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] Heard Mr.R.Venkatesan learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.K.Dinesh Babu, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.C.Senthil Murugan, learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent. 2.This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's daughter namely, Kanmani, aged about 20 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

H.C.P.(MD) No.887 of 2020 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the detenue and the petitioner appeared before this Court through video conferencing from the Public Prosecutor Office. On enquiry, the detenue would state that she is aged about 20 years and at present, she is residing at Chennai with her friend and attending her third year degree course through online. She would further state that she has also joined a part time job and she is not willing to go with the petitioner.
4.In view of the above submissions, no further adjudication is required. Hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
