This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the impugned suspension order passed by the first respondent vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.Gha12/32278/2017, dated 16.08.2017 and for consequential direction to the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in the Tippanampatti Village Panchayat as Panchayat https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Secretary within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard Mr.J.Madhu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.N.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Government Pleader and Mr.V.Muruganandam, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3.In pursuance of the order dated 30.10.2017 in W.M.P.(MD) No.15566 of 2017, the respondents have considered the representation of the petitioner and revoked the impugned order of suspension by proceedings of the first respondent dated 20.11.2017 and a copy of the same has been produced before this Court. 4.Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter and the learned counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect.
