The writ petitioner is working as a B.T.Assistant in Oyavanthan Panchayat Union Primary School in Kalayarkoil Union, Sivagangai District. During her service, she acquired higher qualification namely, M.Com. She seeks conferment of incentive for having acquired the said qualification. She has submitted a representation dated 08.08.2017 in this regard. She seeks disposal of the said representation in accordance with law. 2.The first respondent is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law on the said representation within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
