PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Sec.528 BNSS PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl O.P (MD) No. 3685 of 2025 dated 05.03.2025 on the file of this court in Crime No.148/2025 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.3685 of 2025 dated 05.03.2025 .

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No. 3685 of 2025 dated 05.03.2025 is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this Petition is allowed.
