O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents to conduct survey of the land of the petitioner measuring 166 Sq.metre at Old Survey No.372/1, New Survey No. 468/28 having Housing Patta No.393 at Chinnachavadi Street, Sengattupatti Village, Thuraiyur Taluk, Trichy District and also to lay boundary stones. The petitioner had given a representation on 10.01.2022 and paid necessary charges.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents stated that the patta stands in the name of the petitioner.

3.A direction is given to the respondents to examine the representation of the petitioner and after making necessary enquiry, if there is 2/4

no impediment, proceed to conduct survey of the lands, as requested in the representation. The entire exercise should be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
