ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to give proper and necessary police protection to the petitioner based on the petitioner's petition, dated 09.04.2023 and 06.05.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that in pursuance of the decree of Specific performance in O.S.No.405 of 1994, he has filed an Execution Petition in E.P.No.54 of 2015 and the sale deed was executed in his name by the concerned trial Court. When the above said decree sought to be registered, the officials made a spot visit to verify the valuation of the property. At that time, the original defendants, who are the private respondents herein made trouble and prevented the officials from making inspection and on that account he made a representation before the 2/5

respondent police.

4. The second respondent herein is directed to enquire the petitioner, private respondents as well as the officials who made the spot visit and complete the enquiry process within a period of 15 days from the date of appearance of the parties. If any trouble is created by the hands of the private respondents, police protection may be granted to the officials who are doing their official duty.

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
