ORDER
This petition has been filed to set aside and totally relax the condition 1/3
imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.573 of 2025 dated 30.03.2025 in S.C.No.497 of 2024 on the file of the learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai which is that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 06.30 p.m. every week of Sunday until further orders.
2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.
3. Considering the nature of the offence, the condition imposed by the Court below in Crl.M.P.No.573 of 2025 dated 30.03.2025 in S.C.No.497 of 2024 on the file of the learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai, is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear and sign before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The other conditions imposed by the Court below shall stand as it is.
