O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking to restrain the respondents 1 and 2 from providing electricity connection to the third respondent from the petitioner's land in Sy.No.Rs.No.413/8D1 situated at TPK Road, Picara Main Road, Madurai, by considering his representations dated 06.10.2017 and 08.10.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel for the third respondent.

https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The case of the petitioner is that the third respondent has put up an aluminium shed in the pathway leading to the

petitioner's land and he has also applied electricity connection for the said shed. Hence, the petitioner has made a representation on 06.10.2017 to the respondents 1 and 2 requesting not to grant electricity connection to the premises of the third respondent. Since no action has been taken on the representation, the petitioner is before this Court with the above prayer. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.10.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the third respondent.

5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
