Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner stands accused of having committed the offences punishable under Sections 120(b),408,420,424,466,468 and 472 IPC. He is figuring as the first accused. This Court dismissed his earlier application for anticipatory bail on 25.04.2018. More than seven months have elapsed. In the meanwhile, the other accused have been granted anticipatory bail.

2.Taking note of these circumstance, even while dismissing this anticipatory bail petition, he is permitted to surrender before the jurisdictional magistrate and apply for regular bail. The concerned judicial shall dispose of the regular bail application to be filed by the petitioner in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
