ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the impugned FIR in Crime No.12 of 2019 on the file of respondent police in so far as petitioners concerned and quash the same.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that there was a family dispute between the son of the petitioners and the second respondent herein, over which, the above said Crime No.12 of 2019 has been registered by the first respondent police. Due to nature of his work, the first accused is residing in abroad.

3. The learned Additional Public prosecutor would submit that the second respondent has filed a Criminal Original Petition before this Court and the same was allowed with certain directions. He https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Crl.O.P(MD).No.12367 of 2021 would further submit that the investigation has been completed and final report is ready and yet to be filed before the concerned Court.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court directs the first respondent to file final report before the concerned Court within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. After filing the final report, the petitioner shall workout their remedy before the concerned Court through proper proceedings. With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
