ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A2 and A3, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(4) and 111(4) of BNS, 2023, r/w 66D of Information Technology Act, 2008, in Crime No.15 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners were arrested and released on bail.
