Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner challenges the auction notice issued by this third respondent. The auction was held on 07.10.2025. One Kumar was the highest tenderer. There is no dispute that the property belongs to the third respondent temple. The petitioner had already filed W.P(MD)No. 33895 of 2025. In the said writ petition, the petitioner had shown her address as in Alangudi Taluk in Pudukkottai. The petition mentioned property is located in Kumbakonam. In W.P(MD)No.33895 of 2025 her address was shown as in Kumbakonam.

3.I am of the view that the petitioner has not approached the Court with clean hands.

4.This Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
