701 of 2000 To file this memorandum of grounds of second appeal against the decree and judgment the Subordinate Judges Court, Pattukottai passed in A.S.No.12/99, dated 29.01.2000 confirming the decree and judgment of the District Munsifs Court, Pattukottai passed in O.S.No. 258 of 1990 dated 22.04.1996.

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1529 days in representing M.P.SR.Nos.21535 to 21537 of 2016 in S.A.No.701 of 2000 2.Heard both sides. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 has no strong objection for allowing this petition.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and in the interest of justice, this petition is allowed on payment of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) to the Mediation Centre within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
