ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.1 of 2022 for the offences under Sections 498(A), 249(b), 323, 109, 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of TNPWH Act, on the file of the first respondent police against the petitioners.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation in Crime No.1 of 2022 has been completed and final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivagangai and e-filing number has been given in C.C.No.412 of 2022 on 01.07.2022. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to take further action in filing of final report. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
