ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus as against the third respondent school to alter the initial of the petitioner's son from 'C' to 'J', on the basis of the Divorce order granted in H.M.O.P.No.59 of 2021 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Melur.

2. With the said request, the petitioner has approached the third respondent school on 22.04.2025. It is the grievance of the petitioner that even after the said request, the school is continuing to issue a bonafide certificate mentioning the initial of the petitioner's son only as 'C' and not as 'J'. According to the petitioner, the school has to consider the decree of divorce granted by the learned Subordinate Judge, Melur and alter her son's initial from 'C' to 'J'.
