[Order of the Court was made by N.ANAND VENKATESH, J.] When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Counsel for State of TN (Crl.Side) submitted that the request made by the petitioner has been rejected and the proceedings dated 09.06.2026 were placed before this Court.

2. In view of the above, no further orders can be passed in this Writ Petition. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, it is left open to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.
