ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents No.1 to 3 to shift the Government running TASMAC Shop No.10255 situated in Door No.8 (New No.14), Vayaloor Main Road, Srinivasan Nagar, Trichy, from the petitioner's property as expeditiously as possible to any other place in the light of the proceedings issued by the third respondent in NA.Ka.No. 864/2020/C.V-5(1) dated 04.05.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the records.

3. In the light of paragraph No.6 of the affidavit filed by the third respondent dated 22.06.2023, six months time is given to vacate the petition mentioned premises from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The affidavit is taken on file. It is needless to state that sincere steps shall be taken to vacate the premises by the given date.

4. Recording the affidavit, this Writ Petition is disposed of. 26.06.2023 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes To The District Collector, Trichy District, Trichy.
