This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint dated 10.05.2025.

2. Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side), takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) submitted that an enquiry will be concluded within a period of two weeks.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court hereby directs the respondents to complete the enquiry and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
