Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.KRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI,Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17698 of 2018, dated 04.10.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 04.10.2018, made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.17698 of 2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on the first day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. sd/- 30/11/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
