Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.J.CHAKKKARAVARTHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.10150 of 2021, dated 30.07.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 10.08.2021, without fail.

3. The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.
