ORDER

The petition is filed by the wife praying to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.95 of 2022 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Uthamapalayam and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Theni.

2. It is the case of the petitioner/wife that she is now residing at Koduvilarpatti, Theni Taluk & District, along with her parents within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Theni and she is pleading hardship.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of the application and since the petitioner is pleading hardship, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered on the following terms: The H.M.O.P.No.95 of 2022 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Uthamapalayam, is hereby withdrawn and transferred the same to the file of the Family Court, Theni.
