2024, wherein this Court has directed the TANGEDCO to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders within a period of two weeks and the TANGEDCO was further directed not to relieve the petitioner till the completion of the aforesaid exercise. 2.According to the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent, the petitioner has joined in the transferred post and nothing survives in this petition.
