PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 10.10.2020 issued by the servant respondent and quash the same and consequently permit the petitioner to engage an advocate to assist him in the departmental enquiry in pursuance to the charge memo dated 09.07.2020 issued by the fifth respondent.

This writ petition has been filed challenging the charge memo dated 09.07.2020 and the consequential proceedings dated 10.10.2020. 2.There is no representation for the petitioner. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that pending this writ petition, the departmental proceedings was concluded and punishment was also imposed on the petitioner.

6.Recording the above submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed as no furthers are required to be passed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
