PRAYER :- To grant bail to the petitioner / accused no.1 concerned in S.C No. 112/2022 on the file of the Fast Track Mahila court, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 09.02.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 114 and 302 of IPC in Crime No.35 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.This is the fourth application filed by the petitioner seeking bail. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the side of prosecution all witnesses were examined. Now the case was posted for defence side witness. 3.At the verge of the above said trial process this petition has been filed, which is not maintainable. I find no reason to entertain this petition at this stage. While dismissing the earlier bail application, direction was issued to the trial Court to complete the trial process expeditiously.
Again this petitioner come forward with the present petition, without co-operating to complete the trial process. 4.Let the petitioner co-operate with the trial Court to complete the trial process. The trial Court namely Fast Track Mahila Court, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur, shall expedite the trial process in S.C.No.112 of 2022 pending on his file and dispose of the same within a month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
