PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the Petitioners by this Court in its order, dated 15.04.2025, passed in Crl.OP.(MD).No.6735 of 2025. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP(MD) No.6735 of 2025 dated 15.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have complied with the condition for nearly 22 days. 2/3

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.OP(MD) No.6735 of 2025 dated 15.04.2025, is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the trial Court on all hearing dates, without fail. Accordingly, this Petition is allowed.
