ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed by the Secretary of the College for Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the order dated 20.07.2021 and further direct the respondents herein to approve forthwith the appointment of Mrs.A.Gomathi from 01.06.2017 to 18.04.2018 and Dr. Mrs. M. Vijaya Shanti as Assistant Professors in the Department of History w.e.f 18.06.2018 in the petitioners college and disburse the grant-in-aid towards their salary and allowances w.e.f., the date of their respective date of appointment.

2. The respondents have declined the approval by citing the pendency of the Writ Petition in W.P.(MD)No.16362 of 2017 filed by one Latha Kumari. Today, the W.P.(MD)No.16362 of 2017 filed by one Latha Kumari was taken up for hearing and this Court has dismissed the aforesaid Writ Petition. Therefore, 2/4

now there is no impediment for the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner college. The respondents shall consider the same and pass orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if it is otherwise in order.

3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
