Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third and fourth respondents to release the petitioner's vehicle Ashok Leyland bearing Registration No.TN 58 AK 7015 seized by the fourth respondent on 10.05.2017 and to return the vehicle to the petitioner.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third and fourth respondents to release the petitioner's vehicle Ashok Leyland bearing Registration No.TN 58 AK 7015 seized by the fourth respondent on 10.05.2017 and to return the vehicle to the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, submitted that already the vehicle has been released to the petitioner.
3. Recording the aforesaid statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
