Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15990 of 2018, dated 11.09.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly.

considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 11.09.2018, made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.15990 of 2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police weekly once on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
