O R D E R

The Writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction to the respondents / Tahsildar and Surveyor of Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District, to survey the land of the petitioner in Survey No.514/4D, in patta No.1168 at Nilakottai Village, Dindigul District. The petitioner had given a representation on 28.04.2023 and had also paid necessary charges.

2. The patta stands in the name of the petitioner herein.

3. Let the respondents do the necessary needful on the basis of the application given by the petitioner and proceed to conduct survey of the land of the petitioner herein. The entire exercise must be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
