Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, by directing the Inspector of Police, Sipcot Police Station, Thoothukudi District, the second respondent herein to produce the petitioner's lorry bearing its Registration No.TN 69 AC 9199 along with its loaded 50 bags of Raw Cashews before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thoothukudi forthwith for enabling her to proceed further in this regard in accordance with law.
