ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondents 1 & 2 to survey the petitioners's land in S.Nos.235/1, 235/2, 236/2 and 266/2B, to the extent of 6.86 Hectares situated at paralipudur Village, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District, and also direct the 3rd respondent to provide adequate police protection. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Mr.A.Muthu Karuppan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

3.By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself. 4.Though the petitioner has sought for a further prayer for directing the third respondent to provide adequate police protection, this Court, at this stage, is not inclined to go into the merits of the case of the petitioner, as it is for the respondents 1 & 2, to consider his claim for survey and pass appropriate orders, after hearing the fourth respondent and other interested persons, if any.

5.Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of only with a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the request of the petitioner, dated on 03.11.2016, seeking for survey of the land and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with Law, after hearing the fourth respondent as well as the other interested parties, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the first respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
