For Respondent : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For an Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.384 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused (Rank not known) apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 379 I.P.C. (Sand Theft), in Crime No.384 of 2020, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners and other accused said to have illegally transported 3 units of river sand by using JCB. Hence, a case has been registered. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

CRL OP(MD). No.11884 of 2020 4.In view of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.13334 of 2020 etc., batch, dated 03.09.2020 by the Principal Bench of this Court at Madras, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
