RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant extension of time granted in the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.19899 of 2018, dated 02/11/2018 on the file of this Honoruable Court in Crime No.198 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.N.ANANDAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.ASOKAN,Government Advocate (Crl Side)for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to his illness, the petitioner was unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Crl.O.P(MD) No.19899 of 2018 dated 02.11.2018.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 02.11.2018 in Crl.O.P.No. 19899 of 2018 is extended further for a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
